Return Policy

**Return Policy for The Crescent Perch**

**Effective Date:** 3/15/2025

At The Crescent Perch, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our bath and body products as well as our metaphysical offerings. Please read our return policy carefully to understand what can be returned or exchanged.

**1. Non-Returnable Body Products:**
Due to health and safety regulations, all body products, including but not limited to lotions, scrubs, and bath oils, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists prior to purchase. The only exception to this is if items are broken upon arrival.

**2. Returnable Non-Body Products:**
Items such as candles, incense, crystals, and other metaphysical products may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. (I.E an invoice number if you have one)

**3. Return Process:**
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at The Crescent Perch to request a return authorization as well as a shipping label if required.
- Package the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team, including the return authorization number.
-If the item is broken, please take a picture and submit it with your claim; then throw away the broken item.

**4. Refunds:**
Refunds for returnable items will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

**5. Exclusions:**
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened body products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
